Liberty is for the Lifter.
Many services, training facilities, and apparel lines focus on one or two of the strength world's sub genres or the "gym-bro" lifestyle. Liberty works to bring all strength sports and athletes together from powerlifting, strongman, and Olympic weight lifting to tactical military, law enforcement, and team sport athletics; all under one name and one roof.
As prior active duty veterans, and current reservists, we understand how hard it is to balance work, life, and physical training. No matter your situation; deployed, working a 9-5, in a LEO academy, or just leading your household, we want you to know that your strength and fitness goals are achievable.

Lifestyle and Athletic Coaching Available
This is ideal for any level athlete looking for coaching centered around healthy AND sustainable goals. Our program is beneficial to beginners and experienced individuals looking to create new lifestyle habits. 1 on 1 coaching includes weekly check-ins to evaulate progress, make adjustments, and set new goals towards your nutrition, stress management, and physical activity. Time to eat!
